Caitlyn Jenner was once again the center of attention Thursday.
From the looks of things, the 65-year-old former Olympic athlete and four of her girlfriends simply attended Opening Day at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club in Southern California. But a Del Mar official tells Page Six that her team worked on the visit for two weeks to make way for her production crew of 18 members, plus three cameras and three security guards.
The official added that on Opening Day, the stadium was filled with 40,000 people and added an additional security team of eight for good measure.
“Wherever she was, there was a commotion,” said the official, noting their team “bent over backwards” to make Jenner’s visit a complete success.
The rep also said everyone was warm and receptive to the ESPY award winner.
Jenner, along with her new bestie Candis Cayne, enjoyed the perks of a VIP suite above the crowd and came down to the paddock for the seventh race of the day.
We’re told Jenner even placed a bet on an unspecified horse and walked away with a whopping $6.
The rep further added that Jenner enjoyed her stay and promised to return with her family next time.
Fans can expect to see portions of her trip in the fourth or fifth episode of “I Am Cait.”
